Use Premier Pro to remove up static noise from your audio. Add another effect in the effects panel - DeReverb.
In the first effects panel segment add 'DeNoise' and then select the level of DeNoising you'd like to apply to your audio using the slider in the DeNoise FX editor. In the audio track mixer panel, click on the small triangle pointing to the right to pop-out the effects panel. To apply this effect, select the appropriate clip in. The denoiser effect can be found in the effects window, under Audio Effects > Stereo > DeNoiser or the equivalent effect in the 5.1 and Mono folders. This noise takes the form of a slight hiss. The denoiser effect provides an easy way to remove background tape noise commonly found in older analog tape formats.
